The EPICa EP-2243 can house up to 24 SAS/SATA 2.5-inch hard disk drives in a compact 2U chassis, and come in either dual- or single-controller configurations. EPICa EP-2243 featuring a variety of host-connectivity types, users can choose the Fibre Channel (FC) or SAS host connectivity. The ability to mix SAS and SATA drives allows the EP-2243 to be used for a range of applications that require different price/performance characteristics.
